Setting the Stage
You'll know when to show your house, because all of the improvements mesh together to set the stage for what buyers can look forward to after they choose to buy your house. Dark rooms can be a real mood killer, so we'll do things like part the curtains and reduce shadows where needed to invite the buyer inside. Together we'll enhance the mood of the house with enjoyable music to listen to while guests take a walk-through of your home and ensure a nice fragrance flows throughout your house. We'll make use of cozy-looking blankets, and place pillows on your couch and bed. Buyers should feel like your home is their future home.
